By using Focoosin, you are agreeing to the terms described below. We will notify all active accounts of any significant changes to this policy.

Summary

Privacy is the foundation of trust for every business. If you have any concerns that aren't covered here, please contact us. Below are the highlights of this policy: We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information without your explicit consent, with or without personally identifying information. That includes any government (foreign or domestic) unless we are compelled by law. If we are required to disclose any of the information collected about you, we will attempt to provide you with notice (unless we are prohibited to do it) that a request for your information has been made in order to give you an opportunity to object that disclosure. We will attempt to provide this notice by email. We will independently object to overly broad requests for access to information about users of our site.

We may share information about user's behavior at an aggregate level only, such as "Which day of the week do people spend the most time in front of their computer?"

All data from individuals or teams can be deleted at any time. Admin users can delete their account and their data collected as they fit. By deleting an account, all data from this account is eliminated from Focoosin database.

About communication.

Focoosin Team will occasionally send messages about important Focoosin's new features or system updates, and every user can unsubscribe from this email list. We will likely continue to introduce ways that you can optionally allow to Focoosin contact you with information that could have importance for you, but you will always be able to turn this off, with the exception of payment or account related emails. Also, Focoosin will send notifications to support functionalities from our services, such as to inform users about deadlines or new assignments.

What information does Focoosin collect?

Account information includes an email address, city, state, and country. Focoosin records information about the active application or website on your computer. We record the following information: application name, website URL, window title, the start time of use, the end time of use, OS username, and computer machine name. We do not (and never will) collect keystrokes, form input, screenshots, or anything nefarious. Focoosin shows the information detailed above in an aggregate way and categorized by themes. Focoosin doesn’t have as a goal to display a detailed tracking list but to indicate in what items or categories the user has spent their time.

Who can see my data?

For individual accounts, no user can access the data generated by other users. For team accounts, data sharing is controlled by the account's administrator. Nobody outside the organization will have access, partially or totally, to data generated from organization's accounts.

Cookies and Log Files.

Focoosin.com sends "cookies" to your computer that contains an identification number that is unique to the computer you are using. We use those cookies to provide you a continuous experience and to record how our site/service is being used. As is done in most websites, we log each visit to web pages. A log entry can contain information typically found in the "header" of your web browser's request, such as the browser type you used, your Internet Protocol address, and the date and time. We may also log your cookie's identification number and the URL of the last site you visited. This information is important for security, audit, quality improvement, and also for monitoring the health of our service.
